Harmonisierung der EHEDG Leitsätze und 3-A Standards

Die EHEDG und die U.S. Amerikanische 3-A Sanitary Standards Inc. Organisation haben eine gemeinsame Mission. Durch die Förderung der Hygiene bei der Lebensmittelherstellung und-bearbeitung verfolgen sie das gemeinsame Ziel der Verbesserung der Lebensmittelsicherheit. Beide Organisationen tauschen ihre Entwürfe der Leitsätze und Standards vor Veröffentlichung aus, um diese vorab gegenseitig zu bewerten und zu kommentieren. Die letzte Ausgabe der EHEDG Nomenklatur wurde in Kooperation mit 3-A entwickelt und kann unter der Rubrik kostenlose Dokumente heruntergeladen werden.
